Transforming Careers

My Mentoring offerings include:

  1. EXECUTIVE MENTORING
    Personalised 1:1 sessions totalling nine hours over approx. three months designed around your specific aspirations and challenges.

  2. LEADERSHIP MENTORING
    Join a peer group of up to five other leaders on-line for four x 1 hour group sessions plus two x 1:1 sessions to accelerate your personal development in an affordable format.

  3. FOUR SUSTAINING REFRESHERS
    After completion of a mentoring programme, you can benefit from four refreshers over subsequent 4– 6 months to reinforce learning, provide accountability and stay on course.  


 
 
 

Transforming Teams


My Transformational Workshops include:

  1. ONE DAY ALIGNMENT WORKSHOP (+ interviews beforehand)
    This workshop helps identify the main challenges, create a vision & negotiate expectations. Includes four weekly coaching sessions to build new habits and mindsets for all team members.

  2. HALF DAY VALUE WORKSHOPS
    A workshop that aims to develop organisational values for the team’s context and create strategies to bring them to life. Includes four weekly coaching sessions to build new habits and mindsets.

  3. FOUR SUSTAINING REFRESHERS

Designed for organisational away days, retreats, conferences, and group meetings, my address can be tailored to your group so it makes the greatest impact.

In my presentation, I guide audiences on a transformative journey to discover their deepest values and empower them with actionable strategies to embody their values every day. Participants emerge inspired and equipped to make meaningful, whole-of-life change and live authentically.


 
 

 
 

MILES PROTTER

After graduating with a B.Comm from Queen’s University in Canada and an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge, I worked in investment banking in London, mostly at UBS, helping CFOs and Treasurers at multinationals (ExxonMobil, GM, Toyota, Dupont, Chrysler, etc.) and governments (Latin America, Eastern Europe, Middle East) borrow in the international capital markets, and central bankers (Mexico, Czechia) to manage market instability.

In 1998 I had an epiphany about living my values, and chose to leave investment banking to pursue my burgeoning interest in developing people. My wife, Deborah, and I established The Values Partnership to offer executive coaching, mentoring and consulting to medium sized organisations.

 

In 2006 I moved to Perth, Western Australia to take up a role at the culture change consultancy JMJ Associates, and soon was appointed managing director for Australia, leading our work with the some of the world’s largest resource, engineering, and construction groups. We were recognised by industry as partners in transforming Australian safety culture.

In 2016, I rejoined my wife at The Values Partnership, offering one-to-one mentoring, transformational workshops and inspirational public speaking. We have mentored hundreds of leaders in the engineering, power, oil and gas, mining, construction, rail, government, services, and not-for-profit sectors using our unique approach based on strengths, values and purpose, and offered workshops for dozens of companies.
