Howard Dunn

Howard has been with The Values Partnership for three years. He is passionate about the positive impact that living true to one's values can have on people's effectiveness and well-being.

following a thirty year career in senior management in the facilities / construction sectors, where his focus was on service provision, relationship management and continuous improvement delivery. He was on the board of a division of one of the UK's largest construction firms.

Howard has consulted in the construction, estate & facilities, retailing and shipping sectors. He has considerable experience integrating mergers and acquisitions. He especially enjoys working one-on-one with people over time to support them to produce great results, and live consistently with their values in all areas of their lives.

He has 14 years' development and experience in coaching and counselling, trained in a wide number of methodologies and applications. He has been a coach since 1988, supporting clients to be more effective and live true to their values.
