Miles Protter

In 2000 Miles co-founded The Values Partnership and is Managing Partner. He has been working and researching for the past 8 years how values alignment can have a major impact on people's performance and sense of satisfaction at work, both as individuals, and members of groups and organisations.

His advisory and consulting experience includes clients in alternative energy, automotive, construction, defence, wholesale distribution, financial services, FMCG, government, health care, investment management, oil refining and retailing.

Previously Miles had a fifteen-year career in international investment banking, responsible for building three separate regional financing businesses that originated more than $20 billion of financing mandates from governments and companies, generating net profit over $25 million. He also advised companies and governments in 14 countries, including two finance ministries on dealing successfully with macroeconomic crises.

He was educated in Canada at business school, at Cambridge University in Economics and the University of Derby in Executive Coaching.

Miles has 17 years' experience as a coach.
