Diagnostic Methodology
If you really want to understand how to impact a performance challenge faced by your business, you cannot look at just one area, like product development, marketing or production. Our diagnostic approach has two key aspects: - The Multi-Perspective Approach: We enable you to understand the company's current strengths and areas for development using four different perspectives:

- The culture and values of the organisation,
- The effectiveness of its processes and systems.
- Evolutionary Development: We also support you to understand and plan the 'organisational development' of your company as a whole as well as key functions and departments. Our quantitative methodology enables the leadership to see where you are now as a business and where you need to go to fulfil the strategic objectives, identifying developmental gaps to be adressed. This involves identifying the organisational values that need to be affirmed and strengthened to ensure success, as well as those attitudes and perspectives that limit the your business from fulfilling its potential.
