Prioritising What is Important

In our experience, it is difficult for many people with senior roles in organsations to prioritise and act upon what is most significant for them in day-to-day working life. Other demands can often take over, resulting in lower satisfaction and motivation, with potentially negative effects on performance, health and family life.
