Based initially on the highly successful experience one of our consultants had with supporting the leaders of the finance department of a global multinational make a significant contribution to profitability, we have developed a methodology to support functions within organisations - Finance, HR, R&D, IT, Legal & Compliance - to reorientate their focus towards the corporate bottom line.

We believe artificial barriers emerge in organisations between the 'front office' personnel and the functions, who come to be regarded as merely a necessary cost.
